Are you working towards becoming an animator or storyboard artist?
Using Toon Boom’s 21- Day free trial, we’re challenging artist, aspiring or professional, to create a short magical girl transformation! You can either animate a very small segment of the transformation process or go all out on boards! We will choose 1 winner and 5 runner-ups! The first prize winner will receive a 6 month license for either Storyboard Pro or Toon Boom Harmony, depending on what you used for the contest! ! The runner-ups will receive the “You Can Animate in Harmony” courses from The Animation Study!

August 10th- September 10th 2024
Be sure to check out Toon Boom’s Learn Portal! There, you’ll be able to find all sorts of resources on learning how to animate or storyboard on Toon Boom! Their courses are there to help give new users everything that they need to learn how to use all the basic features and start animating or storyboarding with their software within a few days!
Rules
Contestants must be 18 years or older.
Artist must use Toon Boom Harmony or Storyboard Pro in order to enter this competition. Please check out their 21-Day free trial option that is available!
We kindly request only 1 submission per artist.
There is no set length for the animation or storyboards.
All submissions must be in, no later than September 10th, 2024, 11:59PM EST. Winners will be notified on September 30th, 2024
